Luís Lobo has a work experience of being the CTO and Executive Director at TEKEVER since 2014. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Director at Novabase from 2001 to 2014.

Luís Lobo attended Instituto Superior Técnico from 1988 to 1993, where they studied Engineering with a focus on Electronics and Computer Science. Luís later pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from 1997 to 1999 at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, specializing in Management.
