Amit Kumar, MCIM, currently serves as the Head of Presales - Microsoft at TEKenable Ltd since December 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Presales Consultant and Senior Manager - Presales at Intech Systems, alongside a position as a Functional CRM Consultant at Felinesoft. Previous roles also encompass CRM and Data Manager at Alcumus, various marketing positions at IES, and a Senior Customer Care Officer role at Convergys India Services Ltd. Amit Kumar began a career in the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, as a Revenue Collector. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Management with Marketing from Bournemouth University and a B.Com in Marketing Honours from Jiwaji University.
