Jay McKee is an experienced Technical Support Engineer with over three decades of expertise in electronic design automation software, specializing in Keysight EEsof products. Currently employed by Tekberry since May 2012, Jay handles high call volumes and provides comprehensive support including installation, configuration, and GUI assistance. Prior experience includes roles at Volt Technical Resources and Agilent Technologies, where similar responsibilities were carried out. Jay's technical background is complemented by earlier positions as a Senior Design Draftsman and Real Estate Appraiser, showcasing a diverse skill set in engineering and analysis. Jay holds a High School Diploma from Newbury Park High School, completed in 1983.
