Jo Donnelly is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Disability Rights Commissioner at the New Zealand Human Rights Commission since September 2021. Prior to this role, Jo held positions as a Senior Executive Assistant for the Covid-19 Vaccination Programme at the Ministry of Health New Zealand and as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO at NZX Limited. Jo's background includes managing administration for the Wellington ICT Graduate School and overseeing operations as Branch Manager at the NZ Law Society's Wellington & Marlborough branches. With a strong focus on operational management and marketing within various organizations, including PeerZone and Minded, Jo co-founded Bees Blessing Ltd., a boutique beverage business, and demonstrates a commitment to community initiatives through volunteer roles like Area Coordinator for Sending Love NZ. Jo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington.
