David Mullins has a diverse work experience starting from their service in the US Army as a Supply NCOIC, where they developed and executed training programs and analyzed statistical data. David then worked as an Intern at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney before taking on the role of Inside Sales Representative/Reporting Analyst at McJunkin Redman Corporation, where they provided insightful data and maximized shareholder wealth. Following this, they worked as an Industrial Sales Engineer at Murray Supply Company, managing and negotiating contracts for multimillion dollar projects and expanding the organization's product line. David then joined Unity Review Consulting as an Associate Consultant before finally becoming the Vice President and later the Chief Executive Officer at Tek Rail.

David Mullins obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Charleston from the year 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Business Administration at the same university from 2010 to 2011.
