Olha Ilina is a seasoned Human Resources professional with diverse experience across various industries, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at CUUB, a creative content studio since August 2023. Previously, Olha held the position of People Partner at Teiva Systems and served as Team Lead HR at NDA, where strategic HR planning, optimization of HR processes, and internal communications were key responsibilities. Other roles include HRM at Ardas, HR-Generalist and Operating Officer at iSKY.SOLUTIONS, and Human Resources Generalist at Georgesoft, alongside earlier positions in the HR departments of the State Treasury Service and State Customs Service of Ukraine. Olha holds a Specialist degree from the Academy of Customs Service of Ukraine and completed additional training at various HR-focused educational institutions.
