Scott Griffin is an experienced professional in Learning and Development, currently working at Teign Housing since December 2015 and serving as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) with a Level 5 Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development. At Teign Housing, Scott leads various training initiatives through the Teign Academy, focusing on leadership development, coaching, onboarding new employees, and managing apprenticeship programs.
