Veronika Andrea is an accomplished academic and environmental expert with extensive experience in project management and teaching. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Postdoctoral Researcher at the Democritus University of Thrace, Veronika also holds positions as Teaching Staff at the International Hellenic University and TEI of Epirus, alongside an Environmental Communication Expert role at kartECO. Previous experience includes Project Coordinator responsibilities for EU research initiatives and managing the INTER-PASS project aimed at enhancing passenger connectivity between Adriatic ports and airports. Veronika's expertise encompasses environmental policy as demonstrated during involvement with the Ecoportil Project, which focuses on improving port sustainability and coastal environmental quality. Veronika holds multiple degrees in Environmental Studies and Pedagogy from the Democritus University of Thrace and the School of Pedagogical and Technological Education.
