Fanny Stien is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Chief People Officer and HR Business Partner at TEHTRIS, a French cybersecurity firm, since April 2019. Previously, Fanny worked as People Experience Lead & Data Specialist at Unilever, where responsibilities included handling HR inquiries, implementing digital HR tools, and managing performance review processes for over 2,100 employees. Fanny also held the position of HR Career Advisor at Accenture, managed recruitment and school relations at GE Healthcare, and gained initial experience in recruitment at Kelly Services France and psychological support roles in various organizations. Fanny holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from OMNES Education and a Maîtrise in Psychology from Université de Bordeaux.
