Riin Lepp currently serves as a Marketing Project Manager at Tehnopol since August 2023. Prior to this role, Riin held the same title at If Insurance from October 2017 to May 2022, where responsibilities included managing Estonian marketing activities within the Baltic marketing team and leading branding campaign initiatives across the Baltic countries. Riin's earlier experience includes positions at If P&C Insurance, where various marketing activities were managed from June 2011 to May 2015, and at Bauhof, where Riin progressed from Marketing Assistant (October 2006 - July 2008) to Marketing Specialist (July 2009 - May 2011), notably contributing to the development of loyalty campaigns and brand rebranding efforts. Riin holds a Master of Science in International Marketing and Brand Management from Lund University (2008-2009) and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology (2003-2007), with additional studies as an Erasmus exchange student at the Technical University of Crete (2005-2006).
