Ayelet Galili has over 20 years of work experience, starting as a Technical Coordinator at Galili LTD. Ayelet spent three years as an Auditor at KPMG before transitioning to Corporate Finance Controller at Polymer Logistics. In 2014, Galili became the CFO at Sabar Health before moving on to become the CFO and CHRO at Hadassah Neurim Youth Village in 2020. Ayelet is set to become the CFO at Tehiru Space in 2023.

Ayelet Galili obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, and Finance from The College of Management Academic Studies in 2008. Ayelet received their CPA certification in Audit and Accounting from the same institution in 2009. From 2018 to 2020, Galili attended Ultima College of Design, where they earned a degree in Interior Design. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Public Policy Leaders at Tel Aviv University.
