Tim Baibak began their work experience in 2005 as a Software Engineer Intern at Gabriel, Roeder, Smith & Company. Tim worked on the Retirement Technology Team for six months each year, focusing on the development of actuarial, imaging, and Pension Administration software using .NET and Oracle technologies. Their responsibilities included creating XSLT reports, researching and implementing automated interface testing for ASP.
In 2008, Tim transitioned with members of the Retirement Technology team to form a new company called Tegrit. Tim continued to work on the development and maintenance of Pension Administration software for six months each year, while also taking on the role of a Software Engineer Intern. Tim eventually transitioned to a full-time Software Developer role, where they built and maintained Pension Administration software, led intern teams, and became more involved with requirements gathering and client relationships.
In 2011, Tim became a Senior Software Developer and took on a lead role on a four-year Pension Administration project. Tim participated in requirements gathering, led a development team of three to five developers, and was involved in the technical design of the solution and data migration.
In 2014, Tim was promoted to Technical Manager, where they continued to contribute to the development of software solutions. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of a Software Architect, working on the development and design of the newest version of Tegrit's key software product. Tim also participated in demos of the product with potential clients.
In 2018, Tim was promoted to Senior Software Architect, where they continue to contribute to the development and design of key software products at Tegrit.
Tim Baibak attended Kettering University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
