Jesse Murray has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jesse started working as a Website Technician at AVI-SPL in June 2009, where they were responsible for maintaining older sites and designing newer sites for the Dow Chemical Company. Jesse focused mainly on CSS updating and creation and also created new standard work processes for site design and CSS implementation. At AVI-SPL, Jesse also trained new hires on these processes. In September 2010, they joined Team Detroit as a Front End Tech Lead, where they updated and managed multiple projects on Ford.com. Jesse was later promoted to Maintenance Engineer to oversee time-sensitive critical updates. In January 2011, Jesse joined Quicken Loans as a Quality Analyst, where they worked until January 2019. Lastly, they joined Tegrit in January 2019 as a Business Analyst.

Jesse Murray has a strong educational background in psychology and counseling. They began their educational journey in 2007 at Delta College, where they obtained a degree in Web Information Technology with a focus on website development and graphic design.

In 2011, Jesse enrolled at Washtenaw Community College to pursue a degree in psychology. It appears that they did not complete this program, as no degree is specified. However, they continued their education at Northcentral University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2017.

Seeking further expertise in the field of counseling, Jesse then attended Northcentral University again, this time from 2018 to 2022, to obtain a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling.

In addition to their formal education, Jesse also possesses various certifications. In 2016, they obtained the CTFL (Certified Tester, Foundation Level) certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB). They also became a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance in February 2016. Later, in July 2018, Jesse obtained the SAFe POPM (Certified SAFe 4 Product Owner/Product Manager) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
