Jason Desrosiers is a seasoned manufacturing professional with extensive experience in managing manufacturing operations. Currently serving as Manufacturing Manager at Tegra Medical since July 2019, Jason leads NCR and CAPA resolution efforts and drives continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, Jason held the position of Senior Manufacturing Supervisor at Tegra Medical, overseeing multiple shifts and new product introductions. Prior experience includes serving as Manufacturing Supervisor at Tegra Laser, managing a laser department, and as Shift Supervisor at Accu-Met Laser, focusing on the medical device industry. Earlier in Jason's career, a role as Crew Leader at Asto Allied of New England involved driving and maintaining moving trucks. Jason holds an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Community College of Rhode Island and recently completed certifications in Project Management Essentials and Microsoft Excel.
