Jim Murphy is a seasoned advertising and sales professional with extensive experience in the media industry. Currently serving as a Senior Account Executive Sales at TEGNA since August 2019, Jim focuses on innovating in the digital advertising landscape. Prior to TEGNA, Jim held the position of Regional Account Executive at Comcast Spotlight, where responsibilities included driving sales through local advertising across various video platforms from January 2008 to August 2019. Jim's earlier roles include AE-NSM-Special Projects at WDIV-TV, Team Manager at Blair Television, and Market Specialist at Campbell-Ewald and Media That Works. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from Michigan State University, obtained in 1986.
