Devon Heffer is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Marketing Director at WNEP and KYTX, part of TEGNA since November 2010. Heffer oversees broadcast promotional material and advertising partnerships while guiding on-air content and social strategy. Previously, as a Sr. Marketing Producer at WCNC, Heffer achieved significant year-over-year growth in key newscasts among the 25-54 demographic. Additionally, Heffer developed the Sales and Promotion curriculum as an instructor at the Connecticut School of Broadcasting and has held various roles in promotions and production at KNXV and KSNV-TV. Academic qualifications include an MA in English Literature from the University of Rochester, a BA in English/Creative Writing from the State University of New York at Oswego, and an AAS in Visual Communications from Monroe Community College.
