Ana Beridze currently serves as a Senior HC Analyst at Tegeta, starting in February 2024, where responsibilities include automating holding company's HC data reporting. Previously, Ana held the position of Talent Management Officer at Bank of Georgia from April 2021 to February 2024, managing the largest internship program in the country, Leaderator, and collaborating across various organizational units to identify talent needs. Additionally, Ana has experience in a rotational role within the Leaderator program, focusing on Human Capital Management, Lean Management, and Customer Experience, while also engaging in ESG compliance and employee development. Ana's educational background includes studies at the Tbilisi School of Communication and the Free University of Tbilisi.
