Benjamin Newby is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer with extensive experience in operations, management, and consultancy within the hospitality and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as the COO at TEG Pty Ltd since August 2021, Benjamin previously held similar roles at TEG | MJR from April 2016 to May 2023, overseeing venue operations, talent development, event management, and vendor relations. As the owner of Benjamin Newby LLC, Benjamin provided venue consultancy and event services from September 2012 to March 2016, building a national client network. Previous positions include Vice President of Nightlife at Menin Hotels, where Benjamin launched the successful Drumbar, and various roles at Rockit Ranch Productions, contributing to high-profile venue management and communications. Benjamin's career began in promotions, where strategic marketing initiatives significantly improved venue performance.
