Shayne Flaherty has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shayne started their career at Work Management, Inc. in 2011 as a Project Controls Analyst. They then joined Intel Corporation in 2015 as an Intel Marketing Asset Library Validation Manager on a contract basis. Afterward, Shayne worked at Williams Lea Tag from 2013 to 2017, assuming the roles of Software Support Analyst and later Business Operations Analyst. In 2017, they transitioned to Annalect as a Business Operations Analyst. From 2018 to 2021, Shayne served as a Senior Data Analyst at MongoDB. Currently, Shayne holds the position of Business Operations Analyst at TeePublic.

Shayne Flaherty obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Later, from 2015 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Finance and Statistics at Baruch College.
