Brittney McNamara has been working in the media industry since 2011. Brittney began their career as a Junior Editor at Blast Magazine in 2011, followed by an Editorial Intern at the Boston Phoenix in 2012. Brittney also held a Computer Assistant/Programmer position at Boston University College of Communication in 2012. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Reporter at GateHouse Media, a Freelance Journalist for Various Publications, and a Web Producer at WBZ TV. In 2016, they were a Freelance Writer at Condé Nast and a Staff Reporter at MetroWest Daily News. From 2017 to 2020, they held various roles at Teen Vogue, including Features Director, Wellness News Editor, and Digital Editorial Associate. In 2020, they became a Senior Identity Editor at Condé Nast.
Brittney McNamara attended Boston University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Magazine and Print Journalism.
