Ryan Hamilton, CA has extensive work experience in finance and corporate development. Ryan started their career as a Staff Accountant at KPMG LLP in 2008 and later became a Senior Associate at KPMG LLP (Canada) in 2010. In 2012, Ryan joined Teekay where they held various roles including Financial Analyst, Manager of Finance and Investor Relations, Director of Finance, and Director of Finance and Corporate Development. In these positions, they managed equity issuances, bond issuances, debt financings, and refinancings. Ryan also oversaw investor relations functions for five publicly listed companies, including quarterly earnings presentations, investor day events, and investor conferences. Ryan has developed and maintained relationships with analysts, investment bankers, and investors throughout their career.
