Karolina Z. is an experienced professional in the tourism and events industry, currently serving as a Partner Liaison in the Partnership Team at TEDxTinHauWomen since May 2024, while also holding the position of Senior Contracting Manager at G2 Travel since January 2024. Previously, Karolina worked at BCD Meetings & Events as a National Account Manager and Senior Venue Sourcing Specialist from June 2023 to December 2023, and as a Project Coordinator in the Creative Team at TEDxTinHauWomen from April 2023 to December 2023. With a notable background at Hotelbeds spanning over 11 years, Karolina held various roles including Area Contract Manager for Singapore & Philippines, Sourcing Initiatives Manager for APAC, and Contracting Manager for Hong Kong, achieving significant revenue targets and enhancing team performance. Earlier career experiences include roles in hospitality at Radisson Blu Centrum Hotel Warsaw, Aparthotel Paraiso de Alcudia, and The Westin Warsaw. Karolina holds a Master’s degree in Tourism from Adam Mickiewicz University and studied at Ghent University.
