As the Founder and CEO of Human-ology since January 2014, George has pioneered efforts to quantify human values and emotional priorities, collaborating with major clients such as Google, LEGO, and PepsiCo. In addition, George serves as a Keynote Speaker on Youth and Families at TEDxNaperville, delivering impactful insights that resonate deeply with organizations connected to global families. Prior to these roles, George held significant positions at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising as Senior Vice President, managing key accounts including General Mills and Procter & Gamble. George's career began at Dancer Fitzgerald Sample as Management Supervisor. Educational credentials include dual degrees in Geology and English Literature from Washington and Lee University, earned between 1978 and 1982.
