Caroline Hoedemaker is the Founder and CEO of Raven Biomaterials LLC, where Caroline developed RBI-beads to improve cell yield from blood samples. Caroline is also the Founder and CEO of Neoneur LLC, focusing on infant feeding patterns for better monitoring. Additionally, Caroline is the Founder/Managing Director/Acting CEO of Neurodel Alliance, a TEDCO MII Grant Reviewer, and Principal at VALUEDsolutions inc/tTAP the Life Science Accelerator. With a background in marketing and business development, Caroline has a strong foundation in finance and marketing from Rutgers University, Mechanical Engineering from Tulane University, and Biology from Wells College.
