Peter Leuders has a diverse work experience in the engineering and technology sector. Peter currently holds the position of Head of Engineering Services at Tectrion GmbH since 2017. Prior to this, they worked at Covestro from 2014 to 2016 as the VP Production & Technology - Basic Chemicals Uerdingen. From 2008 to 2014, they held various roles at Bayer, including VP Process Development Technology Center - Polycarbonates and Director Engineering FEL. Peter started their career at Bayer Technology Services in 2003 as the Manager Plant Layout & Equipment Design, where they worked until 2007.
