Daniel Herrmann is an experienced production manager with a strong background in process improvement and cost reduction. Currently serving as Production Manager at TECTRAN Manufacturing Inc since June 2016, Daniel previously held similar roles at Seal and Design Inc. and Shell Fab and Design, where responsibilities included managing production floors, training employees, and implementing safety procedures. Daniel has also contributed to quality control and programming of CNC machines. With a Master's degree in Industrial Technology from Buffalo State College and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo, Daniel combines technical expertise with strong management skills to drive operational efficiency.
