Louis J. Greco, P.E. is a Senior Civil Engineer at Tectonic Engineering & Surveying Consultants, P.C. Since March 1999. Previously, Louis J. served in the US Army for over 22 years, reaching the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 2 as a Detachment Commander. Louis J. holds degrees in Architecture, Civil Engineering, and related fields from various institutions including SUNY Orange and the United States Army Engineer School.
