Mike Del Balso is the CEO and Co-Founder of Tecton. Prior to Tecton, Mike was a Senior Product Manager of Machine Learning at Uber, responsible for bringing ML ā€œfrom 0 to 1ā€ across Uber by creating foundational teams, infrastructure, and tools to meet business needs with AI. Mike also led development of Uber's AI Strategy for the CEO. Before Uber, Mike was a Product Manager at Google on the Search Ads machine learning team and the Ads ML Human Eval team. Mike was responsible for building some of worldā€™s largest, most complex, and most financially impactful ML models, using Googleā€™s most advanced internal ML research (deep learning, TPUs, etc.). At Google, Mike was also responsible for balancing complex advertiser-user-Google stakeholder financial dynamic w/ AI.

Mike Del Balso has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto.
