Leonardo Lacerda Galler is an experienced data engineer and consultant with a comprehensive background in data analytics and engineering. Currently serving as a Data Engineer at L2 Analytics since January 2023, Leonardo specializes in developing data processing pipelines for crime analysis using Spark and PySpark. As a Senior Technical Solutions Engineer at Tecton, Leonardo supports customers in feature store development and maintenance, focusing on processing engines like PySpark, Snowflake, and Athena. Previous roles include data engineering projects at Accenture Brasil, focusing on Apache Spark for a major banking client, as well as various positions in business intelligence and analytics across multiple organizations, where expertise in MicroStrategy, Python, and statistical methodologies was applied. Leonardo is pursuing an Especialista degree in Data Engineering & Big Data at Escola Politécnica da USP and holds additional specialized degrees in Applied Statistics and Information Systems.
