Anthony Hand is a Manufacturing Engineer at TECT Corporation since February 2012, initially serving in a supervisory role that involved managing employees, inventory, and schedules while acquiring knowledge of manufacturing processes. In this position, Anthony advanced to a Value Stream role focused on process mapping, tact times, constraints, and various continuous improvement projects aimed at waste elimination. Prior to this, Anthony managed operations at Franco's Pizzera from August 2006 to January 2012. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY Polytechnic Institute, earned from 2005 to 2009.
