Zehra Buzreba has a diverse work experience with a range of roles in customer advocacy, marketing, project management, communications, and account management. Currently, at Tecsys Inc., they are pioneering the Customer Advocacy function, focusing on creating an easy-to-use CRM tool and leveraging customer experiences to create compelling content. Previously, at Assent, Zehra built the customer advocacy marketing function and significantly increased the number of customer logos. Zehra also worked as a Project Manager at Manpower, overseeing customer relationships and driving product roadmaps. As a Communications Consultant for a start-up client base, Zehra focused on improving digital presence and creating strategic communications plans. Earlier in their career, they worked as an External and Internal Communications Analyst at CNOOC International and as an Account Specialist at Freedom Mobile. Zehra's experience also includes roles as a Communications Assistant at CNOOC International and Arc Reactions Inc.
Zehra Buzreba earned a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Communications from the University of Calgary between 2014 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 2012 to 2014. In 2011 to 2012, they pursued A Levels in Business Administration and Management, General at the Cambridge International School. Zehra also has additional certifications, including a Graphic Design Certificate of Achievement from SAIT, an Intro to Web Development course from Lighthouse Labs, a Project Management In Practice course from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a course on The Business of Oil and Gas from SAIT.
