Nick Iliopoulos has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the software industry. Nick started their career at STS Systems in 1988 as a Financial Systems Project Leader, before transitioning into Manager of Sales Analytics Professional Services. In 2004, Nick joined NSB Group as the Director of Client Services, where they managed a team of implementation and technical consultants and generated revenue in excess of $5 million. In 2008, they joined Epicor as Director of Client Services, providing strategic consulting and planning the design and implementation of the Retail Suite. Nick also held positions at Groupe Dynamite and Aptos Retail, where they managed project management and business intelligence teams and played a key role in implementing solutions for clients. Most recently, Nick served as the Senior Director of Professional Services Global Operations at Tecsys Inc., a leading supply chain management software provider.

Nick Iliopoulos received their high school diploma from Outremont High in 1982. Nick then went on to earn a CEGEP Diploma in Commerce from Vanier College from 1982 to 1984. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Finance at Concordia University from 1984 to 1987.
