Andre Joffre has extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Joffre has served as ±Ê°ùé²õ¾±»å±ð²Ô³Ù of Pôle de compétitivité DERBI since June 2005 and has held the position of ±Ê°ùé²õ¾±»å±ð²Ô³Ù at TECSOL SA since December 1982, leading the most significant independent consulting firm specializing in solar energy. Additionally, Joffre served as ±Ê°ùé²õ¾±»å±ð²Ô³Ù of the Fédération Nationale des Banques Populaires from June 2018 to June 2024 and was ±Ê°ùé²õ¾±»å±ð²Ô³Ù of Banque Populaire du Sud from May 2009 to May 2024. Joffre was also the Directeur de la Publication for TECSOL PRESSE from 2004 until June 2023, overseeing a magazine and digital media outlet. Joffre's educational background includes a degree as Ingénieur from Ecole nationale des Arts & Métiers, completed between 1973 and 1979, as well as early education at Lycée Clos Banet Perpignan and Rivesaltes.
