As Tecore Networks’ Director of Business Development, Mr. Noble is responsible for new customer partnerships and opportunities. He also leads the marketing team efforts to produce the necessary collateral that augment sales efforts.

Mr. Noble is a proud alumnus of University of Maryland, Baltimore County where he received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He has over 15 years of experience in the telecom industry and prior to joining Tecore, worked as a Lead Integration and Deployment Engineer in Comtech Location Technologies having led deployments with Tier 1 & Tier 2 carriers in the U.S. and abroad. Leveraging his technical expertise and combining that with a passion for relationship building, Mr. Noble has since transitioned to a leadership role as a Business Development Executive.

He is currently completing his Master’s in Leadership and Management at Western Governor’s University.
