Bastian Solbakken is an experienced engineer currently serving as the Lead Engineer for Energy System at TECO 2030 since October 2022. Prior to this role, Bastian worked at AF Gruppen from August 2017 to October 2022, initially as a Prosjektingeniør focusing on health, safety, and environmental management, followed by responsibilities as Prosjekteringsleder, coordinating project processes to ensure optimal results in various technical aspects. Bastian also held the position of FOKUS-Sjef at Teknologiporten NTNU from August 2015 to January 2017, leading a team dedicated to organizing sustainable student initiatives. Earlier experience includes a summer trainee role at OBOS in 2016 and a short-term position as Byggeleder at Naturbygg Entreprenør AS. Bastian holds a Master of Science degree in Product Development and Production from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), completed in 2017.
