Mehdi Saad has over a decade of experience in the olive oil industry and business management. Currently serving as a franchisee at Tecnocasa Tunisie since January 2014, Mehdi has also been the owner of La Maison de L'Oleologie since December 2011, a consultancy focused on quality and training in the olive oil sector. Prior experience includes a role as the head of the sensory analysis laboratory at the Office National de l'Huile from February 2006 to July 2010, where Mehdi contributed to quality assessments aligned with sales improvement. Academic credentials include a master's degree in Administration and Business Management from IHET, obtained between 2001 and 2006.
