Valdoel da Silva Jr. is currently a Coordinator and Project Designer at Tecnocad, overseeing task distribution among designers and developing automotive projects using Catia and NX software. Simultaneously, Valdoel serves as a Higher Education Professor at FUNDEG - UNIFEG, teaching various engineering-related subjects. Previous experience includes a senior mechanical designer at EQUIPAR Tecnologia Industrial Ltda, focusing on 3D modeling and equipment planning for animal feed production and pharmaceuticals, as well as roles in hydraulic turbine development at Betta Hidroturbinas and as a drawing assistant at Creatto Design. Valdoel holds a postgraduate degree in Product Development Management and Project Management from UNISEB, an MBA in Executive Marketing and Integrated Communication from Centro Universitário Barão de Mauá, and a degree in Product Design from Universidade de Franca.
