Will Mason is an experienced manager and engineer with a strong background in maintenance and asset management within the mining industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Maintenance and Manager of Asset Rebuild at Teck Resources Limited since July 2018, Will oversees a specialized team dedicated to optimizing the lifecycle of mining equipment. Will has also held the position of Sr. Project Lead for Asset Health, managing a team that provides condition-based monitoring services across North and South America. Prior experience includes senior roles at Canadian Natural Resources Limited and Suncor Energy, with a foundational background in engineering from Queen's University and additional certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Project Management from SSA and Company and Schulich School of Business, respectively.
