Prerna Singh CSM® has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Prerna started their career as a Business System Analyst at Syntel in August 2011, where they were responsible for requirements gathering and leading calls with business and tech teams. Prerna worked on various projects based on Waterfall, Agile, and Rally methodologies. In May 2015, they joined CRMNEXT as a Sr. Consultant, focusing on end-to-end project management, including SDLC-Agile, CSM, and Waterfall methodologies. Prerna was also involved in requirement gathering during their time at CRMNEXT. In February 2018, Prerna joined TechVista Systems as a Project Manager, leading the digital transformation and automation journey for Etisalat BPM Processes. Prerna'sresponsibilities included project planning, execution, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

Prerna Singh CSM® completed their education as follows:

- From 2007 to 2011, they attended Gautam Buddha University and obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science.

- From 2005 to 2007, they attended Delhi Public School – R. K. Puram and completed their Intermediate studies.

- From 2003 to 2005, they attended Delhi Public School – R. K. Puram for high school studies.

In addition to their education, Prerna Singh CSM® obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from ScrumAlliance in November 2015.
