Kaushik Barman has a work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kaushik started their career as a Human Resources Intern at North East Small Finance Bank in July 2021 and worked until September 2021. Kaushik then moved on to Etash Delivery Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they held the position of Human Resources Executive from September 2022 to February 2023. Currently, they are working at TechVariable as a Human Resources & Admin professional, starting from February 2023.

Kaushik Barman attended Tezpur University from 2020 to 2022, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing.
