Sharon is the Director, People and Talent Management for techUK and is responsible for their people strategy. Before joining techUK, Sharon worked for Accenture where she held a variety of senior HR roles in both generalist HR and specialist areas such as Performance Management and Reward, Employee Relations and Inclusion and Diversity. Prior to joining Accenture, Sharon also worked for BDO Stoy Hayward. She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and is CIPD qualified.
