Mark is a high-energy professional with extensive experience in managing client accounts and customer relationship management, from the initial sale through the customer lifecycle. He oversees the customer support operations for TECHSPO and goal is to provide an excellent customer experience to the entire customer base. He works with the sales and operations teams to manage the onboarding process for new accounts and campaigns; managing multiple digital advertising campaigns day-to-day, including campaign trafficking, delivery, optimization, pacing, reporting and forecasting/analysis optimizes campaigns to deliver against client goals and tracks and reports on operations quality metrics internally and externally. Kivin also handles Volunteer Coordination and Exhibitor Relations.
