Talia Goshen serves as the Director of Contracts & Licensing at Techsomed, an Israeli company specializing in AI-based medical software and ultrasound monitoring systems for various medical procedures, since November 2018. Prior to this role, Talia held the position of Manager, Asia Pacific at the Israel Innovation Authority, where responsibilities included developing collaboration programs with China, Japan, and ASEAN countries. Talia's experience also encompasses roles in programs and resources development at SIGNAL, as well as positions within the Israeli Foreign Trade Administration and the Israel Securities Authority. Talia's educational background includes an LLB in Law and a BA in East Asian Studies, both earned at Tel Aviv University, complemented by studies at Tianjin Normal University.
