Stefanie Doval has a solid work history that spans a variety of roles in customer experience and management. Stefanie most recently worked at TechSee as the Head of Customer Experience Solutions, where they collaborated with product and engineering teams to improve the company's product and implemented customer feedback to enhance customer education and enablement. Prior to that, Stefanie served as a Customer Experience Senior Manager at Liberty Global, where they focused on online community management, customer support, and employee engagement. Stefanie also worked as a Customer Experience Manager at KPMG US, where they managed global projects and teams, and as a Transformation Analyst at Target, where they set objectives, managed metrics, and trained staff to provide excellent customer service.
