Ifat Cytron has extensive work experience in various roles. From August 2018 to July 2019, they worked as an Operations Manager at Blue dot. Their responsibilities included submitting VAT refund requests and providing inputs and analysis using CRM software and MS Excel. From July 2019 to April 2021, they worked at ESN Global Media Ltd. as a CRM Manager and Support Specialist. In this role, they provided helpdesk and on-site support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and marketing applications, developed training materials, and managed user permissions and configurations. Since April 2021, Ifat Cytron has been working at TechSee. They initially joined as an AI Operations Specialist and later became the AI Operations Squad Lead.
Ifat Cytron attended Tel Aviv University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering.
