Karusala Sravya has worked as an Operations Manager at Techorbit, Inc. since June 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Membership at Vision Toastmasters from July 2018 to June 2019.

Karusala Sravya completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada. Karusala pursued this degree from 2017 to 2019.
