Jimmy Chen is the Founder and CEO of Propel, with extensive experience in technology and policy advocacy. Currently serving as a Board Member for both Tech:NYC and Share Our Strength, Jimmy also holds the position of Vice Chair for Technology & Policy at the eGovernment Payments Council. Additionally, Jimmy is a Fellow at Blue Ridge Labs @ Robin Hood Foundation. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University.
