Jonathan Lyon is a seasoned Quality Assurance professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Tester in Real World Evidence at Inteliquet, an IQVIA business, since January 2022, Jonathan has previously held roles as Lead Software QA Engineer and Software QA Engineer at BioFortis, where responsibilities included leading numerous projects, authoring and executing manual test cases, and developing test documentation. Jonathan's experience also includes a QA Specialist position at Protech Associates, combined with an early background in customer service and systems assistance roles. Proficient in automation with UFT and well-versed in the Atlassian suite, including JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket, Jonathan demonstrates a comprehensive skill set in quality assurance practices.
