Manoj Patil has a diverse work experience in the field of mechanical engineering. Manoj started their career in 2011 as a Design Engineer at Neelesh Engineers, where they worked until February 2012. Manoj then joined Metal Craft Industries as a Design Engineer, specializing in tool designing for sand casting in foundries. In April 2013, Manoj joined Technosoft Engineering Projects Limited as a Senior Design Engineer, excelling in casting, extrusion, and sheetmetal components. Manoj played a key role in designing and developing new products, with expertise in truck bodies design and architectural lighting field. In January 2015, Manoj became an Engineering Consultant at Knapheide, where they provided valuable insights and expertise until October 2018. Manoj then returned to Focal Point, LLC as a Design and Development Mechanical Engineer from September 2018 to May 2020. In November 2020, Manoj joined Bellwether Coffee as an Engineer, contributing their skills until May 2021. Currently, they are working as a Contract Engineer at Focal Point, LLC from May 2021 onwards.

Manoj Patil pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2007 to 2011.
