Akshay Panchal has a work experience spanning over several years across different companies. Their most recent position is as a Design Engineer II at Technosoft Engineering, starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Design Engineer at Pneucon Valves Pvt Ltd from May 2021 to October 2022, and as a Nesting Engineer at Pranav Construction Pvt Ltd from May 2021 to October 2021. Akshay also worked as a Mechanical Draughtsman at Selec Controls Pvt. Ltd. from November 2019 to May 2021, and as a Mechanical Draughtsman at Avcon Controls Pvt Ltd from August 2017 to November 2019. In their roles, they were involved in 3D modeling, 2D drawings, designing plastic components and sheet metal, and coordinating with manufacturing departments.

Akshay Panchal attended L & T Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. In 2016, they enrolled in Indo-German Tool Room and completed a Post Diploma in Tool Design and CAD CAM. During the same period, they also pursued another Post Diploma in Tool Design and CAD-CAM at Indo-German Tool Room.
